FILING A CLAIM 

Every Shipment Must be inspected at the point of delivery and any damaged or missing pieces must be noted on your delivery receipt.


We file any necessary claims in the case of damaged or missing freight as long as you note any damage on the delivery receipt.  If you do not note your damage or missing item, we can not replace it.  

In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged or missing: 

1.Do not refuse your shipment.

2. Please report the damage on your delivery receipt and email us immediately.  We can not replace damaged or missing item that is not noted on the delivery receipt.   

3. Please take pictures and email them to us detailing which piece has a problem..

 We must receive your report and pictures of damage within 24 hours of delivery. After we receive your report, we will promptly ship you a replacement, without cushions unless cushions are damaged.
