FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1.  When will my card be charged? 

Your card with be charged within 24 to 48 hours of you making your purchase.  This is an automatic process. 

2. How much is shipping?

Shipping for regular purchases in the continental USA is FREE. (Islands  and Bridges etc may have an upcharge)  Please contact us if you need expedited freight for an upcharge.

We do also ship our patio furniture  to Canada.  Please contact us for a quote.  Sometimes there is no additional charge, when there is, we try to keep your cost as low as possible.

3. When will my furniture ship?

All in stock items are currently shipped within 3-7 business days.

Custom orders we  estimate your furniture will ship in 5-8 weeks.  Please contact for more information. 

4. How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are received within 5-7 business days of your date of shipment. This applies to in stock items only.

5. How is my order shipped?

Most items are shipped via freight and are delivered curbside.  Please have assistance on the day of your delivery so you can fully inspect your shipment and not any damages.

6. What if my furniture is damaged in transit or I am missing something?

In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged: 

Do not refuse your shipment.

Please report the damage on your delivery receipt and call or email us immediately. We can not replace ant damage on any item that does not have the damage mentioned on the delivery receipt.  We must receive your report and pictures of damage within 24 hours of delivery. After we receive your report, we will ship you a replacement, without cushions unless cushions are damaged.

We have a very careful packing process, complete with pictures.  It is very rare that you will be missing anything.  If you are missing something, it must be noted on your delivery receipt.

7.  What is your warranty?

Many sets have their warranty stated in the description.  Please print it for your records.

As of 6/2018 Viro warrants that they will replace any product that has substantial damage due to product defectiveness for 5 years.  We will replace the piece of furniture that is damaged, the shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

We will replace any Spuncrylic  Fabrics that are substantially faded within 3 years.  

8. What is your cancellation policy?

There are no cancellations on custom orders.

On Regular Orders: You can cancel your order if we have not yet shipped it for a 15% restocking fee.

If your order has shipped, we can not cancel your order.


9. What is your return policy?

You can return your brand new and unused item in original packaging within 3 days of receipt. You are responsible for arranging shipment and returning the item back to us at your cost.

Items must be received brand new an in original packaging. You will be credited back less 30% and the initial actual shipping we paid for your order.  We can not credit back anything for items received back used or damaged in any way.

10. I can't find some of my cushions, are they stored somewhere for shipping?

Often, if you think you are missing cushions, they are actually really there! We store them inside the bottom of the pieces for protection to avoid them getting cut when opening the boxes.
