DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:

YOU MUST INSPECT AT DELIVERY AND NOTE ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEM ON YOUR RECEIPT! 
ALL PROBLEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR DELIVERY OR WE CAN NOT FIX IT FOR YOU.

What if my furniture is damaged in transit or I am missing something?

In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged: 

Do not refuse your shipment.  Do not discard any merchandise because the freight adjuster may want to see it. Keep it stored in original packaging.

Please report the damage on your delivery receipt and call or email us immediately. We can not replace any damaged  item that does not have the damage mentioned on the delivery receipt.  We must receive your report and pictures of damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery. After we receive your report, we will ship you a replacement, without cushions unless cushions are also damaged. We reserve the right to remedy any damage as we see fit, ie replacement or repairs. 

If you do not report the damage, you will have to file your own claim and accept the remedy the freight carrier gives you and then you will have to repurchase the item from us.  If you do not report the damage, you are responsible for the cost of replacement. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.  

We have a very careful packing process, complete with pictures.  It is very rare that you will be missing anything.  If you are missing something, it must be noted on your delivery receipt We are not legally bound in any way to replace any item not noted on your delivery receipt.
